I have always enjoyed the process of baking. Whether it be as gifts for loved ones, making special desserts for my own family, or even at the get togethers from my time in service, it has always been a pleasure to share this gift with others.

As I have aged, I have focused more on high quality natural ingredients. It seems so much of our food now has many processed and un-natural ingredients added in. I want to venture away from this, which also happens to be more costly.

I focus in on taste rather than looks (although the beauty that can be created is fun too), and high quality ingredients that achieve this, so I can bring you a product that is delicious, but also healthier than the processed junk we now find in our foods today.
